My name is Fabio Cardoso. I hold a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chaminade University of Honolulu, where I was honored to be named Outstanding Graduate. I am currently a Pre-Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working under the supervision of Dr. Blendine Hawkins. My work is grounded in humanistic values of compassion, authenticity, and deep respect for the complexity of each person’s lived experience. I do not accept insurance at this time.

Who I Work Best With

I tend to work best with individuals and couples who are thoughtful, self-reflective, and curious about their inner lives—even if they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin. Many of the people I work with are navigating life transitions, relationship strain, questions of identity, or the quiet weight of long-standing emotional patterns. You don’t need to be articulate about your feelings or have everything figured out; what matters most is a willingness to slow down, look honestly at what’s happening beneath the surface, and engage in the work with openness and courage.
