Services

Individual Therapy Hour-Long Session
$100.00

Individual therapy with me is a place to slow down and make sense of what feels overwhelming, stuck, or painful. We’ll work at a thoughtful pace, paying attention to the patterns in your relationships, the emotions underneath your stress, and the stories you carry about yourself.

My approach is relational and attachment-focused. That means we’ll look at how your past experiences shape the way you respond to conflict, closeness, anger, loss, or uncertainty today. Together, we’ll build insight—but also practical tools—to help you respond rather than react.

Sessions are collaborative and direct, but warm. I’ll ask questions that help you see yourself more clearly, and I’ll help you stay with difficult emotions without feeling alone in them. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about strengthening your capacity for connection, resilience, and steady self-trust.

Over time, many clients notice:

  • Greater emotional awareness

  • Fewer reactive cycles

  • Clearer communication

  • A stronger sense of internal grounding

Above all, therapy is a space where you don’t have to perform or hold everything together. It’s a place to be honest, and to grow from there.

Couples Therapy
$150.00

In couples therapy, I integrate principles from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method. Together, these approaches help couples understand both the emotional underpinnings of their conflicts and the concrete patterns that keep them stuck. We work to identify the negative cycles that drive disconnection, while also strengthening communication, emotional responsiveness, and mutual understanding. Rather than assigning blame, therapy focuses on helping each partner feel seen and supported, so the relationship can become a more secure, resilient, and connected place for both people.

Premarital Counseling
$1,000.00

My premarital counseling offering is structured as an 8 session course that blends therapy and psychoeducation. Together, we explore how each partner experiences closeness, conflict, and emotional safety, while also developing practical tools for communication and repair. Sessions are designed to be collaborative and reflective, helping couples better understand both themselves and one another before embarking on marriage.

Common areas we address include emotional attachment patterns, communication and conflict cycles, family-of-origin influences, shared values, expectations around commitment, and strategies for navigating stress and change as a team.

About

I believe we are storytelling, meaning-making beings. Each of us longs for connection, belonging, and to be understood. Given the right conditions—safety, curiosity, and care—change is not only possible, it is often remarkable.

In my work, I understand people through the stories they carry and the meanings they’ve made of their lives. Emotions are not problems to be eliminated, but guides that help us understand what matters most. By listening closely to them, we can discover our deeper needs and begin to live with greater clarity and congruence.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and respectful. You are the expert on your own life; my role is to walk alongside you as a curious, non-blaming fellow traveler. I work from a systemic and contextual perspective, recognizing that our identities are shaped within social, cultural, political, and historical realities. When we hold this wider context with humility and empathy, new and more spacious stories about ourselves become possible.
